(عُجِّلتِ الفرقة) بأن لم يُسلِم حنى انقضت العدة، أو ارتدَّ قبل الدخول (فـ) طلاقه (باطل) لانفساخ النكاح قبله باختلاف الدين (وتزويجه) أي: المرتد ذكرًا كان أو أنثى (باطل) وتقدم في النكاح .
