(وينبغي لمن أُكره على الطلاق، وطلَّق؛ أن يتأوَّل (٤) ، فينوي بقلبه غيرَ امرأته، ونحوَ ذلك) كأن ينوي بطالقٍ: من عمل، وبثلاثٍ: ثلاثةَ أيام، خروجًا من خلاف من أوقع طلاق المُكره؛ إذا لم يتأوَّل (ويأتي) بيان صور التأويل (في باب التأويل في الحلف. ويُقبل قوله) أي: المُكره
