(وإن قال لها) أي: لمن قال لها: كلما قلتِ لي شيئًا ولم أقل لكِ مِثْلَه فأنتِ طالق، وقالت له: أنتَ طالق: (أنتَ طالق -بفتح التاء- طَلَقت) كما لو واجهها بذلك ابتداءً، للإشارة والتعيين، فسقط حكم اللفظ.
