(ولو قيل له) أي: للزوج: (أخَلَّيْتَها) أي: أَخَليتَ زوجتك (ونحوه) فـ (ـقال: نعم، فكِناية) لا تطلق بذلك حتى ينوي به الطلاق؛ لأن السؤالَ منطوٍ في الجواب، وهو كناية.
