(و) إن قال: (أنت طالق طلقةً معها طلقةٌ، أو) : أنت طالق طلقة (مع طلقةٍ، أو) : أنت (طالق وطالق؛ طَلَقت طلقتين، ولو غير مدخول بها) لأنه أوقع الطلاق بلفظ يقتضي وقوع طلقتين معًا، فوقعتا، كما لو قال: أنت طالق طلقتين.
