(وإن أراد بقوله: قَبلها طلقةٌ) أو قبل طلقة (في نكاحٍ آخر) قبل هذا (أو أن زوجًا قبلي طلقها؛ قُبِلَ) منه حكمًا (إن) كان (وُجِد ذلك) لأنه أدرى بنيته، ولفظه محتمل.
