(وإن قدم) زيد (بعد شهر وجزء يسع وقوع الطلاق؛ تبيَّنا وقوعه فيه) أي: وقوع الطلاق في ذلك الجزء عقب التعليق؛ لوجود شرطه. (و) تبينا (أن وطأه) في الشهر (مُحَرَّم) إن كان الطلاق بائنًا؛ لأنها أجنبية منه.
