(وإن قال) بعد تعليقه الطلاق بشرط: (عجِّلتُ ما علقتهُ) لم يتعجَّل (أو) قال: (أوقعت (١) ) أي: أوقعت ما عَلَّقته (لم يتعجَّل) لأنه حكم شرعي، فلم يملك تغييره.
