(فإن نوى) به (الجزاء) قُبِلَ حكمًا (أو أراد أن يجعل طلاقها وقيامها شرطين لشيء) كعتق أو ظهار (ثم أمسك؛ قُبِلَ حكمًا) لأنه محتمل، وهو أعلم بمراده من غيره.
