(وإن قال) لإحدى زوجتيه: (إن حضتِ فأنت وضَرَّتُكِ طالقتان، فقالت: قد حِضْتُ، وكذَّبها؛ طَلَقت وحدها، ولو صَدَّقتها الضَّرَّةُ) لأن قولها مقبول في حق نفسها دون ضرتها.
