(وإن قال) الزوج بعد أن عَلَّق طلاقها على الحيض: (قد حضتِ، فأنكرتْهُ؛ طَلَقت) مؤاخذة له (بإقراره) لأنه قد أقرَّ على نفسه بما يوجب بطلان النكاح، فلزمه مقتضى إقراره.
