(وإذا طَلَّقها ثلاثًا، فشهد عليه أربعةٌ أنَّه وطئها) بعد الطلاق الثلاث (أقيم عليه الحدُّ، نصًّا (١) لأنه لا نكاح، ولا شُبهة نكاحٍ، ولم يعتبروا شُبهة القولِ بأن طلاق الثلاثِ واحدةٌ، لضعف مأخذه .
