(فإن قالت: قد تزوجت من أصابني، ثم رجعتْ عن ذلك قبل أن يعقد عليها) مطلِّقُها ثلاثًا (لم يجز) له (العقدُ) عليها؛ لأن الخبرَ المبيحَ للعقد قد زال، فزالت الإباحة.
