(وإذا قذف أجنبيةً؛ فعليه الحدّ لها إن كانت محصنة) لقوله تعالى: {وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ. . .} الآية (و) عليه (التعزير لغيرها) أي: غير المحصنة.
