(وإن لم يُلاعن) الزوج (فلكلِّ) واحد (منهما) أي: من المرأة، والرجل الذي قذفها به (المطالبةُ) بالحدّ (وأيهما طالب؛ حُدَّ له وحدَه) دون من لم يطالب، كما لو قذف رجلًا بالزنى بامرأة معيّنة.
