(ويلحق) الولد (مقطوعَ الذكر فقط) لأنه يمكن أن يساحق، فينزل ما يخلف منه الولد، ولهذا ألحقنا ولد الأمة بسيدها إذا اعترف بوطئها دون الفرج. (و) يلحق (العِنِّينَ) لإمكان إنزاله ما يُخلق منه الولد.
