(وإن طَلَّقها طلاقًا رجعيًّا، فولدت لأكثرَ من أربع سنينَ منذ طَلَّقها، وقبل نصف سنة منذ أخبرت بفراغ العدة) إن كانت أخبرت بها (أو) ولدت لأكثر من أربع سنين منذ طَلَّقها؛ إن (لم تخبر) بانقضائها؛ لحقه نسبه . (أو) ولدت (لأقلَّ من أربع سنين منذ انقضت عدتها؛ لحقه نسبُهُ) لأنها في حكم الزوجات، أشبه ما قبل الطلاق.
