(وإن كانت) المتوفى عنها (أَمَة) فعدتها (نصفها) أي: شهران وخمسة أيام بلياليها؛ لأن الصحابة أجمعوا على أن عدة الأمة على النصف من عدة الحرة ؛ قاله في "المبدع".
