(فإن تبيَّن أنه) كان (مات أو فارقها؛ رُجِع) بالبناء للمفعول، أي: رَجع الورثة فيما إذا مات، أو رجَع هو فيما إذا فارق (عليها بما بعد ذلك من النفقة) لانقطاع الزوجية.
