(ولو سكنته) مع حضوره وسكوته (أو اكترت مع حضوره وسكوته؛ فلا أُجرة لها) لأنه ليس بممتنع ولا غائب ولا آذِنٍ، كما لو أنفق على نفسه من لزمت غيره نفقته في مثل هذه الحالة.
