(وليس له الخلوة مع امرأته البائن) لأنها أجنبية منه (إلا) إذا خلا بالبائن (مع زوجته، أو أَمَته، أو مَحْرَم أحدهما) أي: المُبِين أو المبانة كأن خلا بها مع أُمه أو أُمها.
