(ولو وُطئت الرجعيّة بشُبهة أو) وُطئت بـ ( نكاح فاسد، ثم بان بها حمل يمكن أن يكون من الزوج و) من (الواطئ) بنكاح فاسد (فعليهما) أي: الزوج والواطئ الآخَر (النفقةُ حتى تضع، و) عليهما النفقة (بعد الوضع حتى ينكشف الأبُ منهما) ويتميز
