(وإن فارقها) الزوج بائنًا (في غيبته فأنفقت ماله؛ رجع) الزوج (عليها بما بعد الفُرقة) البائنة؛ لما سبق (وتقدم (٤) معناه في العِدَدِ في امرأة المفقود إذا أنفقت) من ماله ثم ظهر أنه كان مات أو طلق. انتهى.
