(فإن سار) الزوج (إليها، أو وكَّل من يتسلمها) له ممن يحلّ له ذلك، كمَحْرَمها (فوصل فتسلَّمها هو) أي: الزوج (أو نائبه؛ وجبت النفقة) حينئذ؛ لأن البذل قبل ذلك وجودُه كعدمه.
