(وإن أعسر) الزوج (بنفقة الخادم) فلا فسخ؛ لأنه يمكنها الصبر عنها (أو) أعسر بـ ( النفقة الماضية) فلا فسخ، كالصَّداق إذا أعسر به بعد الدخول (أو) أعسر بـ ( النفقة الموسر، أو المتوسط، أو) أعسر بـ ( الأُدم؛ فلا فسخ) لأن ذلك يمكنها الصبر عنه
