فإن لم يقدر له على مال يأخذه أو لم يقدر على النفقة من مال الغائب ولم يجد إلا عروضا أو عقارا باعه وأنفق منه فيدفع إليها نفقة يوم بيوم

(فإن لم يقدِر) الحاكم (له على مال يأخده، أو لم يقدِر) الحاكم (على النفقة من مال الغائب، ولم يجد) الحاكم (إلا عُروضًا أو عقارًا؛ باعه وأنفق منه، فيدفع) الحاكم (إليها نفقة يوم بيوم) كالنقدين .
