(ويحرم أن يحمِّلها ما لا تُطيق) حمله؛ لأن الشارع منع تكليف العبد ما لا يُطيق، والبهيمة في معناه؛ ولأن فيه تعذيبًا للحيوان الذي له حُرمة في نفسه، وإضرارًا به.
