(ولم يملك السيدُ الرجوعَ بعد التسرِّي) من العبد بإذنه (نصًّا (١) ) أي: نصَّ عليه في رواية محمد بن ماهان، وإبراهيم بن هانئ، كالنكاح؛ لأنه ملَّكه بُضْعًا أُبيح له وطؤه، كما لو زوَّجه.
