(وإن قال له القادر عليه: اقتلْ نفسَكَ، وإلا قتلتُكَ، أو) قال له: (اقطعْ يدكَ، وإلا قطعتُها؛ فإكراه) فيُقتل المُكْرِه أو يُقطع، إذا قتل المُكْرَه نفسه، أو قطع يده.
