كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ومن بان) أي ظهر (له الخطأ) في اجتهاده وهو إمام أو مأموم (انحرف) إلى الجهة التي تغير اجتهاده إليها، لأنها ترجحت في ظنه، فتعينت عليه (وأتم) صلاته، ولا يلزمه الاستئناف؛ لأن الاجتهاد لا ينقض الاجتهاد.
