(فإن كان) اختلاف اجتهادهما (في جهه واحدة، بأن قال أحدهما: يمينًا، و) قال (الآخر: شمالًا، صح أن يأتم أحدهما بالآخر، لاتفاق اجتهادهما) في الجملة ، والواجب الاجتهاد إلى الجهة، وقد اتفقا عليها.
