(فإن أمكن الأعمى الاجتهاد بشيء من الأدلة) كالأنهار الكبار غير المخدودة، والجبال، ومهبات الرياح (لزمه) الاجتهاد (ولم يقلد) لقدرته على الاجتهاد.
