(لا قَوَد، ولا دية، لما رُجي عوده من عين) كسن (أو منفعة) كعَدْو (في مدة يقولها أهل الخبرة) لأنه يمكن عوده، فلا يجب فيه شيء، وتسقط المطالبة به، فوجب تأخيره.
