(فإن عاد مِثلَها) أي: السن ونحوها، والمنفعة كالعَدْو (فى موضعها علي صفتِها) أي: الذاهبة (فلا شيء عليه) أي: الجاني؛ لأن المتلَفَ عاد، فلم يجب به شيء، كما لو قطع شعره وعاد.
