(وإن صدَّق المجنيُّ عليه الأول) على عود بصرها (سقط حقُّه عنه) أي: عن الأول؛ لاعترافه ببراءته (ولم يُقبل قوله) أي: المجني عليه (على الثاني) بلا بينة، فلا شيء عليه سوى الحكومة؛ لأنه منكِرٌ لما زاد.
