(وعَجَزَت عن الجميع، فالدية) إن عَجَزوا عن الكل (أو باقيها) إن أدّوا البعض وعَجَزوا عن الباقي (عليه) أي: الجاني (إن كان ذميًّا) لأن بيت المال لا يعقل عنه.
