كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وتحمِل) العاقلة (من جراحها) أي: المُسلِمة (ما يبلغ أرْشه ثلث الدية الكاملة فأكثر، كدية أنفها) لأن فيه ديتها، وهي نصف الدية الكاملة، و (لا) تحمل ديةَ (يدها) لأنها نصف ديتها، وهي الربع.
