(وإن كانوا أكثر) من خمسين رجلًا (حَلَف منهم خمسون) رجلًا (كل واحد) منهم (يمينًا) واحدةً؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "يُقْسِمُ خمسون منكم على رجلٍ منهم، فيُدْفَعُ إليكم بِرُمّتِهِ".
