(ولا فرق بين أن يكون) اللواط (في مملوكه، أو أجنبي) لأن الذَّكَر ليس محلًّا للوطء، فلا يؤثر ملكه له (أو) في دُبُرِ (أجنبية) لأنه فَرْج أصلي كالقُبُلِ.
