(فإن وطئ زوجته) في دُبُرها (أو) وطئ (مملوكته في دُبُرها، فهو مُحَرَّم) لما سبق في عشرة النساء (ولا حَدَّ فيه) لأنها محلّ للوطء في الجملة، بل يُعزَّر لارتكابه معصية.
