(وعنه (٢) : لا) حَدَّ على الرجل المكره، كالمرأة (واختاره الموفَّق وجمعٌ) منهم الشارح؛ لعموم الخبر ؛ ولأن الإكراه شُبهة، وكما لو استدخلت ذكره وهو نائم.
