(فإن أنكر) المشهودُ عليه الإقرارَ (أو صَدَّقهم دون أربع مرات، فلا حَدَّ عليه) لأن إنكاره وتصديقه دون أربعٍ رجوعٌ عن إقراره، وهو مقبول منه. (ولا) حَدَّ (على الشهود) لأنهم نصاب كامل.
