(وإن سَرَق عَرْضًا قيمته نصاب) حين إخراجه (ثم نقصت قيمته بعد إخراجه) من الحِرز (قبل الحكم) بالقطع (أو بعده، قُطِع) اعتبارًا بحال الإخراج؛ لأنه وقت الوجوب.
