(ولا) يُقتل (الصغير) إذا ارتدَّ (حتَّى يبلغ ويُستتاب بعده ثلاثة أَيام) لأنه قبل البلوغ غير مكلَّف (فإن تاب) خُلِّي سبيله (وإلا؛ قُتِلَ) بالسيف؛ لما تقدم .
