(قال) الإمام (أَحْمد (٤) في من قال لكافر: أسلم وخُذْ ألفًا، فأسلم، فلم يعطِهِ) الألفَ (فأبى الإسلام؛ يُقتل) أي: بعد استتابته ثلاثة أيام (وينبغي) للقائل (أن يفي) بما وَعَدَ به. (وقال)
