(ويملك) المرتدُّ (بأسباب التمليك، كالصيد، والاحتشاش، والاتِّهاب، والشراء، وإيجار نفسه إجارة خاصة) بأن يؤجر نفسه شهرًا أو سنة ونحوها (أو) إجارة (مشتركة) بأن يؤجر لخياطة ونحوها؛ لأن عدم عصمته لا يُنافي صحة ذلك، كالحربي.
