(وإن وجد) المضطرُّ آدميًّا (معصومًا ميتًا، لم يُبح أكله) لأنه كالحي فِي الحُرْمة؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "كَسْرُ عَظمِ الميِّتِ ككسرِ عظمِ الحيِّ".
