(ويؤكل من طعامهم) أي: المرتد، والمجوسي، والوثني، والزنديق، والدروز، والتيامنة، والنُّصيرية (غير اللحم والدسم) أي: الشحم، والكوارع ، والرؤوس، ونحوها من أجزاءِ الذبيحة؛ لأنها ميتةٌ، وكلُّ أجزائها ميتة.
