كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فلو ذبح مَنْ لا تحل ذبيحته) كالمجوسي (حيوانًا لغيره بغير إذنه، ضمنه بقيمته حيًّا) لأنه أتلفه عليه (و) إن كان ذبحه للحيوان (بإذنه) أي: إذن مالكه (لا يضمن) لإذن ربه في إتلافه.
