(فإن ترك) المُذكِّي (التسميةَ عمدًا، أو جهلًا) منه باعتبارها (لم تُبح) الذبيحة؛ لقوله تعالى:{وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ}.
